Your 346win account is personal to you. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials, regardless of whether that activity was carried out by you personally.

Keeping Your Account Secure

You must keep your login credentials — your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — confidential and secure. Do not share your account details with anyone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact the 346win support team immediately through live chat so that your account can be secured.

Account Information Updates

If any of your registered details change — particularly your payment method details — you must update them in your account settings promptly. Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts in the same name as the registered 346win account holder. Discrepancies between account and payment method names may cause withdrawal delays.

Inactive Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. 346win reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts after notification has been provided. Live In-Play Betting

Abandoned and Postponed Events

If a match is abandoned before reaching its minimum scheduled overs or minutes (as defined per sport), bets will be voided and stakes returned. Postponed events will be settled according to the new scheduled date if it falls within 48 hours. Events postponed beyond 48 hours will have bets voided.
